Build it, and they will PLAY!

Adaptive PE is now a reality at AC! As I entered the Athletic Center and watched our 5 students run towards Ms. Taylor, goosebumps covered my body. We all high-fived her and she got started right away. She put a song on and said the only rule was to MOVE. On the first beat 3 kids started dancing, a few beats later the next two started running and swinging their arms. It was an instant smile maker. We played name games, I've never, and of course created a human knot. All of our students were soooooo happy...and it's just day one!
